FormForce (the Service) is provided by Pagina Blanca Tech. This page explains how we collect, use, and protect user data.

• Form submissions created and shared by users.
• Basic technical logs such as timestamps and IP (for analytics/security).
• Salesforce connection data (Client ID, Client Secret, tokens) stored securely in Supabase.

How We Use Your Data

• To process and store form submissions.
• To connect your forms to your Salesforce organization.
• To improve the Service and ensure system security.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. However, the Service uses external systems such as Supabase, Salesforce APIs, and hosting infrastructure providers. These parties may process data solely to operate the Service.

Data Storage

All stored data is kept securely in Supabase. You may request removal of your data at any time. Form responses that have been successfully sent to Salesforce are retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted from our systems.
